Halter and Performance classes
$15 per class
Championship Classes: $20 per class except
for winners championships
Office fees: $10 per horse
Vendors Fees: $45 per 10x 10 booth
Class Sponsorships - $25 per class sponsored
Stalls: $30 per night (includes
2 bags free shavings)
No Stall/exhibitor's portable stall :
$12 per horse for weekend
Camper Hookup: $15 per night

Judge
Gayle Lampe
about the judge: Gayle Lampe is no stranger to the horse world.
She has been
on staff with the equine science dept. of William Woods University
in Fulton, MO since 1968. Ms. Lampe has not only been
involved in the showing of
world class Morgans, Arabians and American Saddlebreds but
she is also one of a
handful of judges that are registered "R" rated with USA
Equestrian in all three breeds.
She has judged the Morab National Championships, the Morgan
Grand National, U.S. Arabian
and Half-Arabian National Championships, the Morgan Grand
National and World Cup Saddleseat
Equitation competitions. She has also judged horse
shows in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, and South Africa
.

Bedding/Feed
The show facility will provide two bags of shavings per stall free of charge.
Additional shavings may be purchased from show management.
Hay and Straw will not be allowed for use as bedding in the barn
stalls
Hay/grain must be brought or arranged ahead of time
Camper Hookups
Are available on the show grounds at $15 a night
showers and restrooms are also available on the grounds
Horse Amenities
Washracks for the horses are available,
All stalls have full wooden doors and separator bars on top , water and
electricity in barn
Tarps and/or stall curtains are suggested for stall separators and decoration.
Food/Hotels
Several restaurants and affordable hotels are local to the show grounds.
Check our sponsors listings for hotels and restaurants and thank them
for their support by patronizing their businesses!
Concessions are provided on the grounds by the facility
Hotel Rooms must be booked early to insure space!
Vet On Call
All horses arriving on site are required
to have current coggins and updated vaccinations.
Out of state horses must also show a
health certificate
